It's my first time moving house seriously and I hired Outerspace removals to help me two weeks ago.I want to say the service was great. The two guys who helped me are Cris and Facundo. They were so nice and patience to deal with my requests and de-assemble/re-assemble some of my tricky furnitures with great cares.While you might think the usual removal machos are pretty rough and just want to get things done quickly and move on to next job. Cris and Facundo were not one of them. They carried my stuffs very carefully down and upstairs. they also helped me to fix my window frame while I accidentally knocked off my window door.Highly recommend!

Felix & team were highly professional, proficient and efficient, communicated well and nothing was too much of an ask - absolute can do attitude, they worked around some adversities, highly skilled in removals and assembly of furniture, they take the upmost care with your belongings and made the whole moving process so seamless and quick. Don’t be fooled by the pretty photos and caring smiles! Booking Outer Space has not been a smooth move. Various pieces of furniture were destroyed during a quick 10 min relocation trip: 2 metals legs on a bathroom cabinet broke off, LED strip controller attached to work desk completely ripped out (despite telling them to be extra careful prior), shoe storage unit completely destroyed to pieces, lock from mirror jewellery stand mysteriously unlocked and fell to pieces. Lastly, another storage unit arrived with the bottom part detached and cracked. My camera and wireless mics were kept in a zipped storage bag but seemed to have vanished during transit. But there’s nothing I can do since none of the work is insured. They knew about the damages but still asked to be paid for overtime by more than an hour. I can see the rave reviews below and wish I could do the same. Apart from their punctuality, there’s not much that’s recommendable. This relocation job costs me an additional $2000+ (approx cost of replacing the broken furniture and missing camera and mics).
Hands down the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced. The team were super friendly, they took a moment to talk through and plan what needs to go. So many movers in the past just start taking things without thought about how to load the truck or how to care for the items, that wasn’t my experience at all with Outer Space Removals and the team.Extremely friendly, going the extra mile to help put my bed frame back together as well as get my furniture level in my new home.Couldn’t recommend enough, great job!

Despite a hiccup at the beginning with a temp mover being unprofessional, Felix & Juan worked efficiently to fix the problem and send over a new team to help. Juan and his team were efficient and just lovely to deal with - they were reassuring and kind when dealing with a very stressed client like myself. They were able to get in some large and tricky items we didn’t think was possible. Really happy with our treatment and the job done.

Thomas and Paulo were friendly and professional, so helpful and worked efficiently. They took care in transporting and packing my furniture and boxes into the truck, wrapping furniture and TV in blankets and securing everything firmly to avoid damage. I also really appreciated that the guys disassembled and reassembled my bed and connected the washing machine. It turned out to be a much bigger move and many more hours than initially thought due to time at both ends going up and down apartment lifts, but both Thomas and Paulo were great throughout. Seamless and professional response from enquiry, to booking, to moving on the day. The lads did a great job picking up items from three different locations on the day and communicated at each pick up spot during a huge house move. Sergio and Juan were really lovely and transported everything with care which made the day a lot less stressful. Thank you and will use again in the future.

On time, polite, professional and were super fast given it was just the two of them. Nothing was too difficult and they were very accomodating. Overall a seamless move - couldn’t recommend them more highly!
