How long will my move take?
The time depends on the size of the move, access, parking, and distance from the truck to your door.
Here are the average timeframes:
1-bedroom apartment: 2.5 to 5 hours (average 3h 45min)
2-bedroom apartment: 4 to 9 hours (average 6 hours)
3-bedroom apartment: 7 to 10+ hours (average 8 hours)
The lower range applies when there are minimal items for the size of apartment, ground floor access at both places, and the truck can park within 20 meters of the entrance.
How much will my move cost?
We charge by the hour, which we believe is the fairest method. You only pay for the actual time required — no hidden fees, no overcharging.

What size are your trucks?
All our trucks are 4.5-tonne pantechs with 20m³ capacity.
Perfect for a 1-bedroom apartment in one load, 2-bedroom apartments typically take 1–2 loads, depending on volume.
For moves under 30 minutes driving distance, we recommend a smaller truck. It’s easier to park and saves you money, as large trucks cost $30–$50 more per hour and typically only save 10–30 minutes per trip — not worth the added cost over a full-day move (which could be between $200 and $400 extra for a bigger truck)
What are the best days and times to move?
We recommend booking your move on weekdays (Monday to Thursday), when rates are lower and traffic is lighter.
For anything larger than a 1-bedroom apartment or moves requiring multiple trips, we recommend starting between 7:00–8:00am to avoid traffic and finish efficiently.
Are there any items you don’t move?
Yes, we do not move the following items:
Pianos, Pool tables, Hot tubs, Heavy marble or concrete tables, Hazardous materials, Pets, Passports, cash, or valuables (we recommend carrying these with you)
Are my items insured?
Yes — we are fully insured, and your belongings are automatically covered while in our care.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially if you’re moving on a weekend or at the beginning/end of the month, which are our busiest times.
How many boxes will I need?
It depends on your home size and how much you’re packing:
Studio or 1-bedroom: 10–20 boxes
2-bedroom: 20–40 boxes
3-bedroom: 40–60+ boxes

Is disassembly and reassembly included?
Yes — our team can disassemble and reassemble standard furniture such as beds, tables, and desks. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll bring the right tools.
Do I need to be present on moving day?
It’s best if someone is present to answer any questions, direct our team, and check that everything is loaded correctly. If you can’t be there, we recommend having someone you trust act on your behalf.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of your move. If you need an invoice or receipt, we’ll happily provide one.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes — we offer full or partial packing services upon request. Whether you need help packing fragile items or your entire home, our team is trained to handle it carefully and efficiently.
